5. Services

CLEAN FOR YOU LLC provides technology services including but not limited to computer systems design, integrated systems development, IT consulting, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and data analytics. All service engagements are subject to separate service agreements that will be provided upon request or prior to commencement of work.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or temporarily or permanently cease providing the services at any time without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

6. Fees and Payment

We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the Site or in our service agreements. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site or through direct engagement. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase or use of our services.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies for specific services will be outlined in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise specified, all fees paid for services are non-refundable.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
